Hello
Your briefing
Daily planner
Aide builds a time-blocked day around your fixed events, priorities, deadlines and energy.
Plan
Calendar
Events, appointments, birthdays and task due dates in one place.
Tasks
Capture everything, then let Aide rank it by urgency, impact and effort.
Reminders & dates
Timed reminders, follow-ups, birthdays and anniversaries.
Reminders & follow-ups
Birthdays & important dates
Reminders alert you with a sound, an on-screen banner and a system notification while Aide is open in a browser tab (a pinned tab works well). Event reminders use the lead time set on each event.
Travel & events
Itineraries, prep checklists, packing lists and budgets — then push them to your calendar and tasks.
Saved plans
Inbox
AI triage, summaries, replies, follow-ups and spam filtering for Gmail.
Connect your Gmail
Aide reads your 25 most recent inbox messages, sorts them into important, needs-reply, promotions and likely spam, summarizes each one, drafts replies into your Gmail drafts folder, and sets follow-up reminders. It never sends email on its own. Requires a Google OAuth Client ID in Settings. No Gmail? Paste an email below.
Paste an email (works without Gmail)
Write & translate
Emails, texts, polish, translation and voice-to-text.
Tap to start talking. Tap again to stop.
Meeting summaries
Record or paste a meeting — get the summary, decisions, action items and a follow-up email.
Recordings are transcribed with Whisper when your AI provider offers it (about 45 minutes per recording), otherwise live in the browser. Make sure everyone knows they're being recorded.

Run a model on your own computer with Ollama or LM Studio. Nothing leaves your machine. Works on the computer running the model.
Setup
Ollama
- Install from ollama.com and download a model, e.g.
ollama pull qwen3:8b(7–8B models or larger work best for planning and email). - Allow this site to talk to Ollama by setting
OLLAMA_ORIGINSto, then restart Ollama.
Mac:launchctl setenv OLLAMA_ORIGINS ""· Windows: add it under System → Environment Variables · Linux:OLLAMA_ORIGINS= ollama serve
LM Studio
- Load a model, open the Developer tab and start the server.
- Turn on Enable CORS in the server settings.
If your browser asks to let this site access devices on your local network, allow it.
A small model downloads once into this browser and runs on your graphics card — fully private, and it works offline afterwards. Needs Chrome or Edge with WebGPU. Answers are simpler than cloud models.
Google — Gmail & Calendar
Optional. Lets Aide read and triage your inbox, save reply drafts, move spam, and sync Google Calendar.
How to get a Client ID (about 5 minutes)
- Open Google Cloud Console and create a project.
- Under APIs & Services → Library, enable the Gmail API and Google Calendar API.
- Under OAuth consent screen, choose External, fill in the app name and your email, and add yourself as a test user.
- Under Credentials → Create credentials → OAuth client ID, pick Web application and add this site's address as an Authorized JavaScript origin:
- Copy the Client ID here and click Connect.
While the app is in "Testing" mode only the test users you add can sign in — perfect for personal use. Sign-in lasts about an hour per session; Aide asks again when needed.

Your data
Back up or move your tasks, events, dates, plans and notes. Your API key is not included in exports.
Privacy: text you send to AI features (tasks, events, email content, transcripts) goes to Groq for processing. Gmail and Calendar data go directly between your browser and Google.
